Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to get your plants to you as quickly and healthy as possible. Thus, we ship all plants USPS priority or better. If it is safe for the plant, we can ship anywhere within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Our processing time is 1-5 business days (depending on order size) and we ship orders out Monday through Thursday only. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once the orders leave our facility. We provide tracking information with each order but the delivery time is in the hands of the carrier once it departs our shop.
We include one complimentary heat pack when necessary. If shipping during months where temperatures tend to vary, we may not include a heat pack as it could be damaging to the plants. All orders are processed and shipped from Cincinnati, OH.
We do not accept returns for plant orders. We take pride in shipping plants that are healthy and thriving at time of packaging. We take special care and precaution to prevent damage.
Even though all plants are healthy when they leave us, things can happen or packages can be mishandled. If you receive your package and are unhappy with the condition, take a picture of it in the packaging and send us a detailed email ASAP at email@example.com. Include photos. We want you to be happy with the new addition to your plant family.
We do not offer refunds for plants that did not survive your care. If you are concerned about your newly adoptable’s health, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to guide you.
